In our Age-Specific classes starting at age 4, ALL students have a FUN time doing fun and diverse exercises that keep their minds focused and their bodies busy. The class is taught by high-energy, polite, easy to get along with certified Adult Black Belts who began their training right here, so you are ACTUALLY seeing the finished product of our program. Weight Control and Body Development are combined with Self-Confidence, Self-Esteem, Respect and the commitment to Finish what was Started. Our Go For It KickBoxing workout will burn more calories than any other aerobic activity; over 800 calories per session. These classes focus on fat loss, muscle toning, increased endurance, strength, rebuilding confidence and ABSolute satisfaction. This is a real workout that will challenge you every time. You will see results and be transformed into a more confident and healthy person. We provide the atmosphere of working with a group with the distinction of personal training.
