History
After being a caregiver for my Mom for over a decade, I embarked on a journey of exploration and discovery after she passed away in 2014. I left my job as a healthcare marketing professional to focus on being healthy in my own life from a mind, body and spirit perspective. I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received my health coaching certification. Because of my prior healthcare industry experience, I was able to easily apply this training and knowledge to support clients to lose weight, manage energy and establish self-care rituals that improved their quality of life. My journey of rebuilding my life after loss inspired me to to start a holistic lifestyle coaching practice where I support other women to achieve greater balance among all the moving parts of their lives while creating a healthy life that pleases their heart.

Intuitive holistic lifestyle coaching for women to easily and creatively blossom into the best version of themselves where health and well-being is a priority. Because of my history as a caregiver for my Mom, I am especially sensitive to the unique needs of caregivers and single parents who often struggle with finding the right balance between self-care and caring for others. I offer support for stress management, transitioning to a healthier diet, lifestyle balance, weight loss, self-care and creative self-expression. Services include intuitive wellness assessments, holistic lifestyle coaching programs, essential oils, individual creative writing sessions, meal planning and more.
