Marie started coaching as a part time endeavor as Marie worked in Learning, Training and Development for several education providers in the NY tri state area. She designed and facilitated leadership and management workshops for some of the largest education providers in the United States. Marie started coaching and offering career advice in 2015 and then incorporated as High Tides Consulting in 2016 prior to opening her doors full time as an executive coach and career counselor in both 1:1 and group sessions.
