They are being investigated by CA Department of Insurance. They were never licensed to operate in CA. If you are anywhere but in NJ most likely they sold you a policy illegally. In CA you can file...

Stay extra far away from  Harmony Home Warranty, because  there won't be any Harmony with them, and there won't be a warranty.     They are so dishonest and will try to avoid paying for repairs....
