Guardian Property Management of Brooklyn, is a local, Family Owned business started by two Brooklyn transplants. College educated at Union College and experienced in finance, management and construction we began buying and managing our own investments. We created GPM in 2005 to offer professional management services to the entire Brooklyn area.
