They've spent the past 15 years recording and touring the US and Europe, playing to legions of fans. The mayor of Troy even gave them a holiday, 'Super 400 Day', to celebrate the band's success. Our Third owner, Graham Tichy, has thrilled audiences all over the country, sharing stages with legends - he is also a major player in the Capital District live music scene, performing several shows weekly. Before they opened the TMA, these three friends agreed that locally, there existed a niche to fill - individualized music instruction that was based on the students themselves - in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. We are located in the beautiful Market Block building in Troy, which is an indoor shopping mall of sorts, in one of the most historic buildings in town. After your lesson, grab some coffee and eats, or browse for clothing, pottery, handmade goods, terrariums and plants, and local jewelry, all in the Market Block. Does your child sing to their favorite movie soundtrack, dreaming of stardom? Is your teenage nephew glued to his mp3 player day and night? Are you an adult who wishes you never stopped your childhood lessons, or that you'd like to rip a rockin guitar solo? Or classical piano piece?
