History
Guido & Maria Colla, Founders of Gondola Macaroni Products, started making fresh pasta out of their home in the West Side of Buffalo, NY in 1958. Now the business rests on the corner of Niagara & Austin Streets in Black Rock. Today, three generations of Colla's have carried on the traditions of pasta making. Still using some of the same machinery that Guido, (a mechanical genius of sorts) hand built!

Gondola Macaroni Products, Inc. specializes in fresh/frozen pasta products including, ravioli, tortellini, stuffed shells, gnocchi, sauce, and noodles in a variety of cuts and flavors.
