History
We are humbled and delighted owners who took over this business and incorporated what we believe to be a midway between Authentic Chinese cuisine and the American Chinese cuisine. We have traveled throughout China and taste many dishes, which are not serve in United States. Our cooking methods and dishes are based off what we have experienced and it's wonderful that we get to serve the community of Hamburg, New York, University at Buffalo students, and people throughout Western New York.
