The Fran Greenspan Administrative Center is the administrative building for the Half Hollow Hills School District. It was previously the site of the Manasquan Elementary School. The admininstrative center was named after Fran Greenspan, former president of the board of education who died in July 2009. This building houses the offices of the district's school superintendent and other administrators, as well as the offices for a space shuttle and astronautics program for children and AHAP (Academically High Aptitude Program) for third to fifth graders.
