Specialties
Our creative vinyasa flows will work up a sweat. All practices will begin with grounding & OM, move through an alignment-safe warm up, then begin to build heat in the body with sun salutations. Our teachers will all lead standing postures with options for arm balances & inversions before cooling down the body & reopening the mind & heart with rest & meditation. Each teacher has a slightly different style, so we encourage you to try them all! While our practice is for every level, a basic understanding of Yoga terminology & an open, learning mind are recommended for practice.
