Established in 1992 by owner Nick Vuli, Flames Steakhouse uses the finest products available at daily markets and features USDA-prime beef, hard-shelled lobsters, northern-Italian specialties and hand-made pastas. Flames has an extensive wine collection of more than 60,000 bottles and the Wine Cellar Room, which accomodates private parties of up to 40 people in truly unique and special surroundings. In addition, its Back Dining Room and Outdoor Patio can both be used for private parties -- and the entire restaurant can be reserved for parties of up to 150 people.
