Grace Episcopal Church has a small congregation of approximately 250 members, and is characterized by a proactive commitment to community service. The Rev. Anna Pearson D. Min., the only female minister in Hastings, strives to make her services family-oriented, open and inclusive. The Church offers Sunday School weekly, except the first Sunday of the month, when she has a family service held question-and-answer style. Grace Episcopal Church is involved in a food partnership with the Hastings Green Market and Sustainable Hastings, in which congregants donate leftover food to local organizaions. They also sponsor children living with AIDS in Tanzania through the organization, "Carpenter's Kids." Other offerings include youth groups, bible study, and nursery care for young children during services.
