My Mom went in today to ship me a package and whoever the man working, late 40s early 50s, was extremely rude to her. Anytime she asked a question he was sarcastic in a rude way when he responded.

I think it was Mark who helped me was absolutely fabulous. I had to do a quick shipment and he took the time to help me thoroughly he was patient friendly awesome experience
