HistoryOpened in 1975 by Jeanne and Dick Byassee as Stretch and Sew, a major sewing franchise. After teaching thousands of women(and some men too) to make t-shirts the store moved from Penfield to Fairport as Sew Creative and transitioned into a more diversified fabric and sewing machine store. We have been Pfaff dealers since 1977 and Babylock came later in 1985. Both brands have become a huge part of our business and we are proud to offer these quality products to our customers. We are in our 4th location in the historic trolley station located between the canal and the railroad tracks in the heart of Fairport.SpecialtiesWe are the area's exclusive Pfaff and Babylock Sewing machine dealers. We offer classes and support for sewing, embroidery and quilting. We have all the supplies you will need for your sewing. We carry a huge selection of fabrics including fashion and quilting fabrics. Sew Creative has been in business for over 30 years and customer service is our number one priority as well as making sure our customers have fun with their sewing.
