She has taken numerous advanced training classes in Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Medical Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, and Myoskeletal Alignment Technique. I use a variety of modalities or techniques during treatment, but focus the treatment on specific areas of the body related to the injury or painful areas.
