The Mantena is still falsely advertised as having central AC.

We paid the balance b4 our lease ended. Later on, I logged into the portal & saw a late fee & xtra fees taken out of our security deposit.

Every month they charge over $200 in extra fees but they won't give you breakdown on ur usage. This happens even when ur away for a month.

Mgmt turned off the bldg's central AC & LIED and said it's always been that way. It hasn't. Is this supposed to be luxury lNYC living?
