The East Hampton Town Planning Board reviews and issues a determination on plans for development of subdivisions and commercial properties from Montauk to Wainscott (excluding East Hampton Village). In addition, the seven-member board of the board gives input to the East Hampton Town Board on changes to the town code and Town Comprehensive Plan. A secretary is in the office during normal business hours, and the board meets in the East Hampton Town Hall on select Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
