Drive Rite Academy started with its main office on Kenilworth Place in Brooklyn. In 2016, Drive Rite Academy opened its second location in Brooklyn, in the Prospect Heights/ Downtown Brooklyn area.

Drive Rite Academy specializes in providing personalized driving lessons to anyone with a desire to drive, and drive safely. We provide beginner driving lessons (most commonly adults) who have little to zero experience behind the wheel. Our beginner driving packages will not only prepare you for the open road but will also guide you through the steps to obtain your license in the state of New York City. Our teen driving packages include the mandatory 50 hours of driving instruction, as well as specialized instruction meant to train the student on real-life driving circumstance and risk mitigation, vs. the virtual reality exposure they have seen in video games. Our Nervous driver lessons are for those who have their licenses but feel they could use a little more experience behind the wheel. (Statistics say that more than 48% of licensed drivers do not feel safe when they are driving). Our foreign driver packages are meant to help those who have moved to New York and need to go through the logistical steps to earn their in-state license. Our pass plus classes are intended to help fill in the gaps between what is necessary to know in order to pass your road test, and what is imperative that you know after you are a licensed driver.
