Established in 1930, Damascus Bread & Pastry Shop is a family-owned Middle Eastern Bakery. The shop specializes in daily fresh-baked pita bread, baklava and other phyllo-based treats, both sweet and savory, all of which are showcased within an impressive glass display spanning practically two-thirds the length of the modestly sized shop.
There are many sandwich choices for those on the go, such as shawarma, falafel, and even low carb pita wraps. Damascus also stocks a wide variety of olives, olive oil and traditional spreads and dips, such as hummus and baba ghannouj.
