I have a background experience in crisis counseling and the most important attribute I learned is to listen effectively. By learning about different people's backgrounds and different walks of life I have learned so much about culture and what makes people unique. I enjoy getting to know people on a one-on-one basis and attentively listening. My areas of experience are in sales, customer service, strong knowledge in claims-related questions, problem-solving, and creative thinking. As a neighborhood agent, I am fervent with volunteer work in local community events, as well as in business networking groups. My ultimate goal is to make a difference in the lives for the people I serve.
