Nobody ever picks up the phone to provide any kind of support. It has been a nightmare to try and get any kind of technical support. DO NOT use them and make your life harder.

Was lied to by the sales rep while signing the contract about optioning to not use ther service. I ended up ending the service early and had to pay 8,500. Would never recommned to anyone.
