Croteaux is dedicated to making dry, fruity, fun-to-drink pink wines styled after those made in the South of France for centuries. The fruit from the vineyards is grown and harvested specifically for this purpose. The result is ripe, extremely drinkable rosés that strike a balance between fruit flavor and crisp acidity. Most rosés are a by-product of the red wine process -- they use the first pressings that are not desirable for full-bodied red wines. The taste, color and wine style vary with the fruit grown for red wine.
