Full service event management, from buffets, sit down, family style or stations, we do it all. All of our food is homemade, we grow a lot of our own produce in the warmer months. We are Central New York's greenest caterer, We just installed solar panels, we are now 100% solar now. We custom prepare menus for each event, we have a lot of gluten free, vegetarian & vegan specialties. We strive to stay ahead of culinary trends.
