History
Our organization was founded by Sam Younessian and his wife, Maria. Sam is an RN, EMT-P, a New York City and New York State Certified Paramedic and Registered Professional Nurse with over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. Sam is also a highly decorated Paramedic Lieutenant for the FDNY-EMS. His wife, Maria, is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years experience in various hospitals' Cardiology Departments. Our staff of healthcare providers has worked in the emergency rooms of New York City hospitals and has dedicated much time to instructing members of volunteer ambulance associations and other professional organizations.

CPR123 (formerly Health Force Solutions), an official training center for the American Heart Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, has been offering essential life-saving programs for both medical and non-medical professionals in the NY tri-state area since 2005. Our programs are designed to give students the confidence needed to recognize and respond to real life threatening emergencies and the skills that can save lives. As an AHA training center, we are dedicated to training the general public in CPR/AED with the goal of increasing survival rates for victims of Sudden Cardiac Arrest which claims the lives of approximately 250,000 people in the U.S. every year. Our programs include, but are not limited to: Basic to advanced AHA ECC courses - CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS. EKG and phlebotomy tech training, and more. In addition to our central office in Mineola, Long Island we offer classes in Queens and Manhattan, as well as online.
