Founded in 1925, Community Missions of the Niagara Frontier is a community-based, independent, nonprofit, religious, service agency providing residential and support services to individuals and families. The agency provides a wide variety of services, such as referral, crisis, community support and residential care. It offers these services in cooperation with various churches, groups, clubs and government agencies. The youth service program provides service to the troubled, emotionally disturbed and homeless youth under the age of 21. It offers various recreational, social, cultural and instructional, residence treatment, and juvenile arrest diversion and case management programs. Its services also include mental health and substance abuse assessment, drug screening, family and transitional support services, academic assistance and group therapy. The family service program provides education about agency programs and community resource linkages. Community Missions is located in Niagara Fall, N.Y.
