The Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency (FLHSA) is a community health planning agency that promotes public health by conducting population-based health status, utilization and health system capacity analysis. It engages the healthcare community, policymakers and consumers to address various health issues. For more than 50 years, the organization has played and integral part in the health care system of the Finger Lake region. It is supported by community leaders, health care providers, consumers, insurers, and county governments. The Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency in association with IBERO-American Action League provides staff support to the members of the Hispanic Health Coalition. It also maintains a database of census records on behalf of the New York State Association of Health Planning Agencies. The Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency is located in Rochester, N.Y.
