A peeping Tom mirror, a one way mechanical viewing device - this alone is criminal. Have they also concealed recording devices?

Condom wrapper found just under the bench in my room.

We weren't able to find any people or cameras behind the mirror while we were looking, but is there any other use for peeping Tom mirrors?
