Established in 1997, Church Street Boxing has been the largest fight club and boxing gym in New York City. Our newest location at 153 29th Street fits into the continuously neighborhood of Chelsea, where we have expanded our community. Three Locations, One Community. Church Street Boxing is the largest fight club in New York City that offers classes to go beyond getting in shape and learning to fight back. Beginners are invited to learn the basic techniques and practice their forms from skilled instructors with professional or amateur fight experience. Advanced students have the opportunity to trade blows in closely supervised sparring sessions that condition the body and the mind in the most grueling workouts. Our classes include: Improve your endurance, strength, power, speed, and agility and become a Boxing expert by mastering stance, footwork, blocking, and throwing hard punches. Professional Muay Thai instructors teach the Art of Eight Limbs, learn to strike with your fist, elbow, knee, and shin and condition yourself to synchronize dedication, concentration, and discipline. Church Street Boxing's intense Boot Camp extends the strength and speed training with aerobics, honing flexibility in a challenging and varied workout within a community that uplifts one another throughout hardcore interval training. The Kids Boxing program with youth specialty instructors is committed to benefit children by building confidence, sharpening focus, setting goals, and developing socially. Private Lessons are recommended for those seeking fast results, develop exercise habits, reduce chances of injuries, and overcome training plateaus.
