Established in 1977, CAMBA is a nonprofit, community-based organization that provides a range of employment, education, health-related, housing, legal, social, business development and youth services. It serves low-income, homeless and at-risk immigrants, youths and refugees. The organization administers various adult and family literacy, workforce and youth development, and business and community economic development programs. CAMBA conducts a housing development program that includes homelessness prevention, tenant support, case management, aftercare, and emergency and transitional housing services. It also offers immigration, refugee and diversity programs that feature education, training, case management, job placement and refugee resettlement services. CAMBA maintains a presence in Brooklyn, N.Y.
