My practice is informed by formal training in a blend of contemplative and psychodynamic therapies, which values health and wellness. The focus is on the here and now with an understanding that your early developmental experiences affect your current feelings, mood, and behavior, and often mask your natural capacity for well-being. Who will benefit? Those with a desire for personal growth that is life affirming, develops one's potential, claims and sustains vital relationships and ignites personal transformation. People experiencing life changes, challenges and transitions, such as loss and grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, work-related issues, job performance. Anyone interested in personal exploration of their spiritual development, and having a language to affirm their spiritual life and its relationship to others and the world in which we live.

My intention as a contemplative psychotherapist is to provide a thoughtful, confidential space where your inner voice can be revealed and allows you opportunities for finding the wisdom and sensitivity to live life more fully. My interest in this therapeutic framework has been a natural outcome of my own ongoing therapeutic work and my developing spiritual practice, allowing me to more fluently move between the spiritual language of love and compassion and the psychological language of emotional distress and resiliency. Individual, Couples, Family Therapy Those experiencing challenging life events who wish to restore a wholeness and balance that is more life affirming. Clinical Supervision Participants will be introduced to a Reflective Practice Model, the structure within which clinical practice is best provided and nurtured; increasing one's capacity for self observation. The activities of reflection and contemplation are dynamic and when engaged thoughtfully, their by-product
