HistoryI began cooking many years ago upon noticing the high rates of preventable chronic illnesses such as diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure in America. Since I grew up in the Caribbean eating fresh, home cooked meals that were nourishing and abundant in minerals, I wanted to become an expert in wellness and health supportive cooking to share my knowledge and help people.
