The tip of the sole was cut off.. I waited 30 months for them to forget about me, It was rushed out the door in 5 days. Zero care was taken

Arrived with two chipped buttons, poorly made.

These boots are made like a size too small. They are downright painful. I had to remove the insoles and force my feet into them.

Ankle is far too narrow. I don't know who the measure of these boots for, but it wasn't me. I've lost 100 pounds since I got fitted
