Carrington Arms Community House is located off Lincoln Avenue in New Rochelle. This subsidized housing complex rents out to tenants and families with low incomes. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in the complex. For the past 30 years Carrington Arms Community House has been providing reasonable leases and affordable rents to the community of New Rochelle.
