It gives them a level of trust and comfort that would not be possible if I sent workers. My clients like to know they can shoot me a text at 2:00AM if they spill red wine on the sofa and I will be there the next morning, shoe covers on, bringing my two plus decades of cleaning experience with me to remove the stain. My clients also like to know they can leave me the keys to their beautiful apartment if they can't be home and I will not lose the family cat.
