The Comprehensive Action Model for Peekskill is known as C.A.M.P. Among its activities are programs associated with the Elton Brand Family Scholarship, for local students going to college.
The awards are made annually during the Peekskill High School Senior Awards Ceremony at the Paramount Theater. Brand, PHS Class of '97, plays in the NBA for the Philadelphia 76ers.
