How it started Abbey's grandfather, Calvin Janes, started Callee Farm in 1945. He would never have used this word, but he was a serial entrepreneur... with a taxi service, a Star Route Mail Contractor for the United State Postal Service, landscaping business, and he was Co-founder of Oneida-Madison Milk Producers Co-Op. I have really fond memories of spending time on the farm as a kid. The smell of raw milk or even raw milk cheese brings me right back to my childhood. Found this place when out exploring on a cold day. Excellent gourmet cheese shop with other specialty food items....but wait! Also a premium hand made cocktail venue with a casual local gathering...

Food was amazing different cheeses I had cheeses that I never had before. Drinks were amazing I had two different old fashion drinks. Ambiance was so chill and relax. Service was amazing.

Stumbled across this little place on vacation and we loved it. Split a cheese board and some pimento cheese. Delicious! Would definitely recommend.
