A note about Bonnie's I was born and raised here in Brooklyn, NY and grew up trying to be as American as possible. It took a while, but I'm finally embracing the culture I once rejected growing up as a Chinese American kid. I hope to be a part of this new wave of Chinese American cooks pursuing and contributing to the evolution of cantonese food with Bonnie's, which is named after my mommy. Everything I know about Cantonese food I learned from her and I can't wait to share this food with you. - Calvin Eng
