HistoryI started practicing nutrition at Hudson Valley Functional Medicine back in 2011. This was after mentoring under Dr. Sheryl Leventhal for 18 months and receiving my MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, CN. Since then I have been working closely under Dr. Leventhal. I also work at Nyack Fitness in Nyack.SpecialtiesI specialize in making nutrition doable and enjoyable. I want to help you reach your goals! We will work together to develop a plan that will bring you to your desired goals. I have been working in functional medicine since 2011 so I am experienced in working with a broad range of conditions using a wide variety of diets, as well as fitness and lifestyle practices. In particular my focus has been working with women's health issues such as menopause and conception through pregnancy and beyond. I am an expert in the Ketogenic diet, fitness nutrition, weight loss, metabolic syndrome, and hormonal balancing. Since there is no ONE diet that works for everyone I am experienced in using many different dietary approaches. Each person I work with comes away with a unique plan that is best suited to their needs and maximizing their potential to reach their goals.
