Bar Crudo started as a pop-up ceviche spot and evolved into a full fledged oyster bar and restaurant in December of 2019. We are committed to sourcing sustainable, organic and local products wherever possible, including our own line of oysters cultivated by small, family owned farmers just outside of NYC.

We are an oyster bar and restaurant committed to sourcing sustainable and local products wherever possible. We have happy hour six days a week - Mon-Fri 3-7pm and Sundays from 4-7pm. Happy hour is not available on holidays.
