Arron Diamond Aids Research Center, established in 1991, conducts various research programs on AIDS and HIV related topics. The research projects conducted by the center use a multidisciplinary approach, including virology, immunology, molecular biology and clinical medicine. It organizes regular seminars, summits and training programs on topics, such as public awareness, health hazards, sex, vaccinations and sexually transmitted diseases. The center has a trained staff of researchers and scientists, who carry out clinical trials and drug therapies on patients. Arron Diamond Aids Research Center, located in New York City, is financed by government grants, and public and private donations.
