I began training independently in NYC in 2015 and have since expanded my clientele to online coaching across the US and Canada.
Specialties
I take a holistic approach to coaching, addressing everything from movement patterns, to relationships with food, to lifestyle factors that could be helping or hindering client progress. Together, we create individualized programs that are not only geared toward each client's personal goals, but work with their specific health conditions, restrictions and schedules as well.
