History
I began Yoga in 1992, and loved it so much Yoga has been my daily practice ever since. I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training in 2002 and began teaching Gentle Yoga and Vinyasa group classes. I opened my own Yoga Studio, South Hills Yoga, in Eugene, Oregon in 2004, and completed Yoga Therapy Teacher Training and RYT500 Certification in 2004. I have also completed workshops in Children's Yoga and Prenatal Yoga, and have offered many classes for pregnancy, mama-baby, children, and families. I also taught Yoga for People with Multiple Sclerosis for many years. My passion is for every student to have a fun, healthy, safe experience, and to feel their very best! I have specialized in Private Yoga Sessions since 2007, especially serving anyone who needs one-to-one focus due to physical needs such as chronic pain.
