History
When Frania Shelley-Grielen began graduate school in animal behavior at Hunter College she knew that learning about the science of how animals learned and their natural behavior was the best recipe for using force free, positive approaches for behavior modification and training. Writing behavior and training columns, pet sitting and volunteer work in shelters came first and, study, course work and training grounded her practice in behavior modification and training.
