Amaryllis Farm Equine Rescue is a 501c3 not for profit since 2005. Long Island's largest horse rescue and first sanctuary for elderly or special needs equines. The horses' needs have always and will always come first. Please bear that in mind when scheduling for a visit!

Specialties

We intercept slaughter bound former service horses (race, show, lesson, camp, family), rehabilitate and find them loving homes as possible.We grant sanctuary as needed. Our horses live in peace with dignity.
