Albany Complementary Health provides complementary health practices that will improve your quality of life. These practices include Qigong, Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation and Myofascial Stretching. These practices are best started when you are healthy to help limit the onset of a serious illness. If you begin practice after an illness has surfaced, we will complement the healing efforts of your medical doctors and physical therapists by providing a way to heal faster and more completely with a goal of eliminating the recurrence of that specific problem. If you continue to practice these safe, gentle, and effective exercises, you will continue to see an improvement in your overall health and emotional wellness.
