History
Ajisen Ramen was established in 1968 with its headquarter based in Kyushu, Japan. Amongst the various kinds of ramen offered in Japan, Ajisen's renowned white soup base is made from different kinds of bones and fishes which is not only tasty, but healthy as well, especially for those lacking calcium. Today, there are over 350 shops opened in most of the Asian countries and over 15 in the United States.
