The Jewish Home of Rochester has been operational for more than 75 years. Supported by the Jewish United Fund, the organization offers a wide variety of outreach programs and community-based services. Additionally, the organization provides Medicare-certified and state-licensed home health services from specially trained professionals, including registered nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, social workers, and home health aides.
