The Briar's Restaurant is located on North State Road in Briarcliff Manor, across from the Town of Ossining police station. This eatery has a bar, a large dining room and a separate banquet room available for private parties. Briar's is open for lunch and dinner and serves salads, sandwiches, wraps , burgers, pastas and other entree selections.
