Coming from a technical background, we develop technical pre-screening questions to evaluate candidate's technical abilities prior to sending them through to hiring managers. We create coding challenges for tech focused candidates, and evaluate their responses to assess their technical knowledge and depth. This allows hiring managers to skip the pre-screening process, focus on determining if a candidate is a good cultural fit or not and move forward in the interview process without wondering if the candidate has the qualifications to be there -- which ultimately saves a huge amount of time and resources.
