We are a nonprofit, cooperative financial institution owned and run by you, our depositing members! Back in 1955, we were organized to serve and provide our members with a safe place to save and borrow at reasonable rates. And to this day, Zia members pool their funds to make loans to one another. Our volunteer board is made up of -you guessed it- members and is elected to serve by members. All planning, product and service development, operations, and financial management is conducted solely for the benefit of you, our member! This bank doesn't deserve a star. They have compromised loans. They sent a payoff late for refi, so 200 was added now that has to be paid and they want customer to pay. Then they mess with...
